    William Gargiulo comes from a family that has been farming the land of the Sorrentine Peninsula, and producing artisanal delicacies from its bounty, for generations. They grow lemons, walnuts, and olives as well as produce olive oils, limoncello, and a number of cheeses. As professionally-trained chef, William has led kitchens at noted restaurants across Campania, including his family’s own eatery in Sorrento—Old Taverna Sorrentina. Today, William runs a celebrated cooking school where students come from far and near to take both his professional courses as well as informal cooking classes for visitors.
