Price includes: Fifteen-day program of cultural visits, sightseeing, performances, and presentations led by Megan Lewis, 14 nights accommodation in select hotels and university residences (in Grahamstown), all breakfasts, 4 dinners, 2 lunches, and 2 receptions, all entrance fees, tours, private guides, ground transportation, domestic air travel in South Africa, all gratuities except for hotel porters, and all sojourn activities as detailed in the complete itinerary.

Price does not include: International airfare to South Africa; airport transfers; meals not indicated in the detailed itinerary; beverage options other than provided alcoholic drinks, water, or soft-drinks with group meals; local transportation by bus, taxi, metro or light rail; passport or visa fees and necessary photos; immunizations; travel insurance; excess baggage charges; airport taxes; medical, hospitalization, or evacuation costs; gratuities for hotel porters; laundry; other personal items, including incidental hotel charges.
